tldr;

Our Employer partners now have a one-stop shop to manage their Rula benefit and launch Rula to their organization

Problem

Across our existing SMB partners (~19k covered lives), only 0.2% of employees ever signed-up for Rula (patient leads). Overburdened HR leads fail to maintain communication after launch, causing employee awareness and interest to flatline once the initial announcement fades.

Role

I'm the lead designer for our new product team, New Verticals. This is our first shipped product. I'm designing the end-to-end referral experience at Rula.

Why this matters

Until now, SMBs have had to handle the entire burden of launching Rula to their organization, alongside no insight into how their launch campaign was working (e.g., no launch timing, audience targeting, or journey management).


SMBs now gain the ability to run campaigns independently, while Rula gains broader exposure at the employer level through self provisioned employer marketing.

Impact

This is still ongoing :)
